Brian Nichols is the Chief Development Officer for Quality Collision Group, where he aids in finding and carrying out the company’s mergers and acquisitions. Nichols has been with QCG since selling Cascade Collision Repair to the team in January 2024. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Brian brings an enlightened perspective to the future of Quality Collision Group.
Nichols grew up in the auto repair industry, as his father was a bodyman. In the early 2000s, he and his family opened Cascade Collision Repair’s first location in Lehi, Utah. Over the following 24 years, Cascade Collision Repair grew to eight locations throughout the Salt Lake City area. Brian wore many hats managing the business with his family, helping grow the Cascade brand, carrying out acquisitions in Utah, and managing leadership teams. Nichols’ importance to QCG’s growth was immediately apparent, and has brought many advances in acquisitions for the company since joining the executive team.
Brian enjoys nothing more than his family and the great outdoors. As a poster child of a family man, Brian worked with his brothers all his life and would not have changed a thing. Nichols and his wife are now navigating the life of empty nesters as their four kids are embarking on life outside their childhood home.
