Jaime Matthews

Jaime Matthews is the Vice President of Human Resources at Quality Collision Group (QCG), where she has expanded the HR department since joining the company in April of 2023. Jaime has been able to bring the department to a national operating standpoint and is constantly learning ways to optimize the company through each acquisition.

Before joining the collision repair industry, Jaime began her career in investment banking but was seeking a change in the early 2000s. Matthews came in contact with Steve Schaefer through her cousin working within the collision repair space and soon joined Schaefer Autobody in February 2002. After working for the company for over 20 years, Jaime became immersed in the industry, learning much about what goes into running 14 different successful locations. When Schaefer was acquired by QCG in 2023, Jaime moved into her position as Vice President of Human Resources, where she began learning the rules and regulations in order to handle QCG’s operations in over 10 states. Matthews has a passion for learning, and her position allows her to constantly do so. She is always coming in contact with new perspectives with ways to evolve the department as the company expands, ensuring there is a strong support system within Quality Collision Group.

Outside of work, Jaime loves nothing more than spending time with her family. Jaime and her husband share their daughter, Taylor, and son, Payton. Matthews especially loves spending time with her granddaughter, soaking in every moment with her.
