Julie Hemann is the Vice President of Procurement for Quality Collision Group (QCG), a role she has held since January 1, 2024. In this position, she oversees everything from building strong relationships with equipment and tool manufacturers to negotiating contracts and conducting thorough supplier evaluations, ensuring all efforts align with QCG’s goals.
With nearly 25 years’ experience in the automotive industry Julie’s journey didn’t begin in procurement. She started her career in Sales for Team One Auto Body & Glass. Following an acquisition, ABRA Auto Body & Glass provided her first step into the procurement world as an Account Executive, leading to a role on their National Procurement Team. Julie transitioned to Schaefer where she became a Business Development Executive. After QCG eventually acquired Schaefer, Julie joined the QCG team and has been a vital member ever since.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys sharpening her pool skills, learning the fun and frustrating game of golf, and most important; creating cherished family memories with her 4 children. Her son is also following in her footsteps, working in the collision industry.
