Having owned almost 50 cars within one lifetime, Matt started his career in a shop as a mechanic. His passion for cars, particularly his 1970 Super Bee, extends far beyond a mere pastime.
Matt Robbins is the Chief Operating Officer at Quality Collision Group (QCG), where he has driven operational excellence since joining in November 2021. With over two decades in the automotive collision industry, Matt has extensive experience overseeing national networks of OEM-certified repair centers.
Before QCG, Matt spent more than 12 years at Service King, holding critical roles like Regional Vice President of Operations, where he managed multi-state operations and led teams in budgeting, customer service, and process improvement. Before Service King, he was a General Manager at Caliber Collision and spent time at a few local dealerships in parts and service before landing in the collision space. Matt’s hands-on leadership and operational expertise are central to QCG’s mission of delivering superior repair standards and exceptional customer experiences.
Matt enjoys spending time with his wife of 15 years and two daughters in his free time. He has an affinity for hunting and building things from the ground up, such as his Super Bee.
