Navada Smith

Navada Smith oversees the operational success of all the Cascade Collision locations as a Vice President of Operations at Quality Collision Group (QCG). He joined QCG in January of 2024 through the company’s acquisition of Cascade Collision, based in and around Salt Lake City, Utah. Navada brings excellent leadership and 25+ years of industry experience to the team.  He’s constantly working to raise the standard for all of QCG’s Utah shops.

Navada has been in the collision repair industry since high school, when he first began working on cars. He was involved in his school’s “Skills USA” auto-body competition, where he placed second and earned a scholarship to attend a local trade school. After graduating, he spent time working at a dealership and then joined the Cascade Collision family shortly after.  He never looked back. When Cascade was acquired by QCG in January 2024, Navada was moved into a new position as Vice President of Operations. He brought his industry expertise to his new role and continues to help grow Quality Collision Group and Cascade Collision’s brand in the Salt Lake City Metroplex.

Outside of work, Navada enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Smith and his wife, a dental hygienist, share two children. Like his dad, Navada’s son, a Technician Apprentice, also works at Cascade Collision. His daughter works in the dental field, like her mom. Navada can usually be found outside enjoying anything Utah’s great outdoors has to offer, like hiking, horseback riding, or hunting.  He also spends time working on home projects or building something for his hobby farm.
