Phil Southard is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Quality Collision Group (QCG), where he has shaped the company’s financial strategy since October 2020. Phil’s financial leadership has been crucial in establishing QCG’s OEM-compliant, customer-focused MSO model.
Before QCG, Phil was the CFO at Long Island Veterinary Specialists and New York Kids Club, where he honed his financial strategy and risk management skills. He also served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at CityMD and CFO at GCommerce, Inc., improving reporting and leading audits.
With an MBA in Finance and a CPA certification, Phil’s financial planning and leadership expertise drives QCG’s vision of quality in every aspect of the collision repair industry. When he isn’t working, Phil enjoys watching his favorite NFL team, the New “Jersey” Giants. He is married to his lovely wife, who share their two wonderful daughters.
