VP of Operations

Someone who never ends a call with his family without an “I love you,” Tony loves working to constantly think of ways to innovate.

Tony Sanchez is the Vice President of Operations at Quality Collision Group (QCG), overseeing the operative function of the 8 B&S Hacienda locations in Northern California. Sanchez joined QCG through the acquisition of B&S Hacienda in October of 2021. With over 30 years of experience within the industry, Tony is able to bring many perspectives on how to improve operations within Quality Collision Group, ensuring that the company maintains a prominent figure within the collision repair industry.

Before joining QCG, Tony began his career in the auto repair industry as a detailer at his father’s first B&S Hacienda location in 1991. Throughout many years, Sanchez moved into several different areas of expertise at the shop, from assembly to bodywork. Working on cars helped Tony learn the ins and outs of the industry earning the respect of the staff at his father’s shop, and worked his way up through the ranks. In 1995, Sanchez moved into an administration role working primarily in the front office, as he helped with estimating, billing, negotiating, and managing things around the shop. As his family’s business grew, Tony began to oversee more throughout the years, helping to oversee their fourth shop when opening in 2010. His family worked closely throughout the years and soon grew their location count to six shops when QCG acquired B&S Hacienda in 2021. Soon after, Tony moved into his current position and continues to push the envelope within the auto repair space.

When Tony Sanchez is not working, he loves spending time with his family and going to the gym. Growing up working side by side with his family for over 30 years, Tony understands the importance of family. He and his wife share their son and daughter, who all enjoy their family trips to Cabo, San Lucas.
