Tracy Carpenter is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Quality Collision Group, where he has brought quality people into the team since October of 2022. With nearly three decades of experience within the collision repair industry, Tracy never strays away from his positive attitude.
Before QCG, Tracy started his career in automotive repair with Service King Collision Repair as an advisor trainee, working towards becoming Director of National Accounts. This Texas native found himself in many locations around the country, such as Nashville, San Jose, and Chicago, but returned to his home state when joining QCG.
Like a true East Texan, Tracy loves all things outdoors, including golf. He still loves scuba diving to this day, as he was a diving instructor prior to his career in the collision repair industry. If you want to hear fantastic one-liners and fun state facts (accurate or not), Tracy is your man.
