At the 2025 BMW CCRC Conference of the Americas, Quality Collision Group’s April Ocone brought home some hardware for the company. April’s team at B&S Hacienda Pleasanton - OSR received the honor of being named the country’s #3 BMW Certified Collision Repair Center.

McKinney, Texas — Quality Collision Group (QCG), a collection of 88 esteemed OE-certified collision repair centers, proudly shares that April Ocone and her BMW team at B&S Hacienda Pleasanton - Old Santa Rita Road (OSR) were recognized as the #3 BMW Certified Collision Repair Center in the US. 401 BMW Certified Collision Centers from around the United States were eligible for the recognition. This comes as no surprise to anyone who knows April, as she received a 95% training score from BMW.
April Ocone has been the BMW Certified Collision Repair Center (CCRC) Coordinator over B&S Hacienda Pleasanton - OSR since September of 2020, with close to 10 years of experience in the auto repair industry. Since being appointed to her position at B&S Hacienda, Ocone has been able to lead her team of BMW-trained technicians on top-of-market BMW OE-certified repairs. The Pleasanton shop has consistently been one of the country’s top-performing independently owned repair shops throughout 2024, as their non-compromising standards push them above industry competition.
